When Salon JBU
first opened more than 20 years ago, the name over the door was
“Just Between Us”. Over the years, the salon has seen many changes.
The current incarnation was first envisioned in the
spring of 2005. After many setbacks and a lot of good old fashioned
hard work, Salon JBU opened the doors to
a beautiful, spacious new salon in February of 2006. It took the
combined effort of family, friends and staff to open on time, and
the unveiling of the finished salon was a magical moment.

INFORMATION
Arriving
for Appointments: To ensure a relaxing, leisurely
visit, we encourage all of our clients to arrive a few minutes early
to allow time to unwind and have a beverage before your service.
Confirmation
Calls: We make every attempt to call and confirm
all appointments 24 hours in advance, however this is a courtesy and
the salon is not responsible for unconfirmed, missed appointments.
Rescheduling:
We recommend you schedule your return services prior
to leaving the salon so that you may enjoy optimum scheduling convenience.
Choosing
a Staff Member: If you feel another staff member
would better serve you, please don't hesitate to let us know. We are
a team of professionals and we encourage you to experience the work
of all our specialists.
Cancellations:
We require 24-hour notice for all cancellations.
Advanced notice will help us to utilize our technicians’ availability
and accommodate our clients’ needs.
No
Shows: Appointments that are missed without notice
given will be charged a “no show fee” of 20% of appointment, to help
us to cover our losses.
Late
Arrivals: (beyond 15 minutes) will be accommodated
if possible. It may be necessary to cancel part of the scheduled service.
There will be a 20% service fee, if a service must be canceled due
to a late arrival.
Returns:
All retail items are non-refundable but may be exchanged
for alternate products or returned for in-store credit. Make-up and
hot tools are not returnable.
Gift
Certificates are non-refundable and are not redeemable
for cash.
